Here’s what is happening for women at FOR in the month of October!
An Evening With Bridges Of Hope
Read more about Bridges of Hope HERE
On Friday, October 16th from 6-9pm at the 8th Street Campus we welcome Brenda Shuler and Barb Miller from Bridges of Hope. All women and mature teenage girls are encouraged to attend. Bridges of Hope focuses on helping people who have been affected by abortion and offers a nine-week healing and support class to those who are struggling with the effects of a past abortion (i.e., grief, anger, guilt, depression, and forgiveness). This is sure to be a powerful event you don’t want to miss! To learn more about this program from Life Network please plan to attend!
We’ll be watching the movie “Unplanned” based on the true story of Abby Johnson, one of the youngest Planned Parenthood clinic directors in the nation. She believed in a woman’s right to choose until the day she saw something that changed everything and caused her to become an avid prolife activist. The movie is rated R due to “some disturbing bloody images”. CHILDCARE IS AVAILABLE: Cost is $5 per child/max $15 per family with registration.
Following the viewing of the movie, Brenda and Barb will share about the program!
